Chinese New Year or Lunar New Year is a festive period that truly celebrates and focuses on family bonds. Thus the design is to fully encapsulate the family spirit of this festive period.

 

A reunion definitely calls for a feast where either the women of the household flash their awesome cooking skills or go for the lesser effort steamboat or even calling for delivery! It is also one of the rare traditions that you can celebrate for 15days straight. Besides, there’s also a lot of stakes involved- many angbaos, decorations and goodies.

 

If you didn’t know, this is also an annual affair where you get grilled with lots of questions. However, let this not be a comparison game. Your relatives earning more than you does not mean you are of lesser worth. Your relatives that got married doesn’t mean that you are anywhere less successful. Be you- and only you. 

 

At the same time, our hearts go out to families who are unable to reunite due to travelling restrictions, work commitments and many others. Stay safe and together, looking forward to the day of physical reunion.
